This oven is a world first in its design. NO long builds. The Chamber is made up of 10 Firebrick Pieces that lock in. No cutting. With its lo ceiling height and large floor area this oven is for the serious  Baker.

• High temperature Airset & Dry mortar
• Over chamber insulation ( ceramic fibre blanket )
• Oven Door and Flue arch CNC templates ( for superior accuracy )
• Stainless Steel 450mm x 200mm Commercial flue system with  hat
• 3mm Plate Black steel door, with temperature probe inserted
