Compared to traditional mortar laid bricks, our tongue and groove dome system builds faster and with better accuracy. Pre shaped bricks interlock for consistent curvature and alignment, reducing formwork, skilled labour, and adjustments so even first time builders can achieve a professional grade dome.
MODERN DESIGN
The oven front features a 316 stainless steel facade with a black powder coat for heat and weather resistance. A polished black granite ledge adds a durable, heat safe surface for trays and tools, delivering a clean, professional finish built to last.
TRADITIONAL DESIGN
The traditional firebrick front delivers classic woodfired character with a heat resilient arch. A black granite landing provides a durable, heat safe surface, and a 200mm stainless steel flue provides strong draw and clean ventilation.
