Our 115mm tongue and groove firebrick is purpose-engineered for the dome of our woodfired oven, delivering exceptional thermal mass and structural integrity. The interlocking tongue and groove design ensures a tight, secure fit between bricks, minimizing heat loss and eliminating the need for excessive mortar. At 115mm thick, these bricks retain and radiate heat efficiently, supporting consistent high-temperature cooking while withstanding repeated thermal cycling. This construction method streamlines assembly, reduces gaps that compromise performance, and results in a more durable, high-performance oven dome built to endure years of intensive use.
Easy Build
Compared to the traditional method of laying firebricks one by one with mortar, our modular tongue and groove bricks make building the oven dome significantly faster, easier, and more precise. Each brick is pre-shaped and interlocks seamlessly, removing the guesswork and reducing the need for skilled labour or complex formwork. This system ensures consistent curvature and alignment without relying on tedious brick-by-brick adjustments. The result is a streamlined assembly process that cuts build time dramatically—allowing even first-time builders to achieve a professional-grade dome with minimal tools and effort.

The front of our oven is finished with a solid stainless steel facade, coated in a sleek black powder finish for maximum durability and timeless aesthetic appeal. Complementing the frame is a polished black granite ledge—both functional and elegant—providing a heat-resistant surface for staging tools, trays, or hot dishes fresh from the fire. Traditional Design
Our traditional firebrick front pays homage to classic woodfired oven craftsmanship, combining timeless aesthetics with high-performance functionality. Hand-laid firebricks form a sturdy and heat-resilient archway, delivering both visual warmth and authentic character. This traditional entry is paired with a black granite landing—sleek, durable, and heat-tolerant—perfect for sliding pizzas in and out or resting cookware. Above it sits a robust 200mm stainless steel smoke exhaust, engineered for optimal draw and ventilation, efficiently channelling smoke away from the cooking area to maintain clean airflow and consistent combustion. It’s a refined balance of old-world charm and modern engineering.
