Each chamber piece is made from 1300 degree, 115mm thick fire brick. The simplicity in its assembly makes it winner over ALL brick oven. The chamber comes in 8 pieces and simply butts together. 

With an evenness of heat and heat retention of 4 days never seen before in a baking oven, it is the only choice for the serious chef. 

Whole animals, 20 loaves of bread and your LARGEST baking pan this oven is  capable. Dont think round is better because we know its not!
