We source all our fire bricks from Certified suppliers from all over the world. Each brick is fired to 1300 degrees before use. We use high grade alumina bricks with a minimum of 42% Alumina, so they are designed to handle the consistent heating and cooling for many years to come.
The crucial first row supporting the oven is very important. We use a SOLID insulation fire brick to repel any heat which may enter through the chamber into the slab. After many years of research and testing we have found this to be the critical factor in failure of a brick oven over time. So no compromise!
Our team has meticiously spent hours designing all our oven kits on sophisticated computer software for exact brick placement. It has all been placed in detailed instructions for you to construct your oven.
All the templates provided are cut milimetre perfect. Each template has notches in them to tell you each brick placement with no room for error. A full set is provided.

All our floor tiles in the oven sit loose and flat. This is because if you break one it can be lifted out and replaced. All your soot and oil will fall in between the joins of the tiles and make a natural expansion joint. If the tiles are mortared down you can never replace one.
